Gradovi ne žive od nekretnina nego ljudi. Moramo početi oporezivati vlasnike desetina stanova, ili one koji stanove drže prazne godinama. Imaš tri stana? Plati porez. Imaš stan viška koji nećeš da iznajmiš, plati porez.
