While Maurice McCaney was defending a child sex abuser, Phillip Pettus was passing legislation to put these types of criminals to death. McCaney should be ashamed of himself. If he can't protect the most vulnerable members of our community, our children, he has no business representing us in Montgomery. This isn't pro-family, it's disgusting. Vote against Maurice McCaney in Tuesday's election.

Let me be very clear about the lies Maurice McCaney continues to tell. House Bill 210 from the 2024 legislative session does NOT provide taxpayer-funded tuition to illegal aliens in anyway, shape or form. The bill text plainly states, “an alien who is not lawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible for any postsecondary education benefit, scholarships, grants, or financial aid.” I have never, and will never, allow illegals to receive any taxpayer benefit. McCaney continues lying

The continued lies must stop. That’s why my campaign issued a cease and desist order against Alabama Values PAC today. If they can’t come to the table to tell the truth, then it’s time they lawyer up. McCaney and his PAC are afraid to tell you the truth because they know they can’t run on a record of defending criminals. It’s unfair to you, the voters, to be directly lied to about what legislation does. It does nothing but hurt us as a community and everything we’ve worked so hard to accomplis

These attacks against me, my voting record, and my campaign are more than attempts to damage my reputation. They’re verifiable lies trying to deceive you, the voters of House District 1. That’s why my liberal opponent, Maurice McCaney, and his shady dark-money PAC handlers were just forced to retract all their false claims and admit they lied about me. Lauderdale County doesn’t deserve a lying liberal misleading our community. The truth is that in the legislature, I’ve always stood up for the

Maurice McCaney and his Wisconsin-Based PAC have recently accused me of giving tax dollars to illegals for tuition. They cite HB210 from the 2024 Legislative Session. Let me clear the air once and for all: This is a flat out lie. Nowhere in House Bill 210 does it allow tax dollars to be spent on the tuition to illegals in any way, shape, or form. In fact, I made sure that there was language in this bill to prohibit this exact thing. On Lines 33-37 of the bill, it reads “Except as otherwise prov

I’m proud to announce that I have received the endorsement of the National Rifle Association. The NRA’s endorsement reflects my commitment to defending the Second Amendment rights of every law-abiding citizen in House District 1. I will always stand up for your constitutional freedoms. Gun owners, hunters, and freedom-loving families deserve a representative who has their back. That’s a promise I intend to keep.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
