Housing Affordability is on everyone's mind in 2026, and a bit of news that few people have heard is that the Texas Legislature actually got a head start: passing 14 bills in 2025 increasing School ISD Property Tax Homestead Exemptions, reducing minimum lot sizes, cutting through local regulations against converting office buildings to residential housing, increasing areas for multifamily housing, manufacturer housing, anything we could think of to help get the government out of the way to let t

Major League Stats released yesterday show 61% of all Texas Seniors are paying ZERO, that's right, NO ISD School Tax! That's 1.449 Million Over-65 and disabled Homesteads, but wait, there's more! As the headline of this accurate Houston Chronicle Story says, that translates into about 39% of all 6.1 Million Texas Homesteads that are paying NO ISD property taxes, plus the fact that their school tax bills went down 13.5% last year on average statewide too! Democrat Socialists of America are blaming the GOP nationally on

You can't beat a ZERO school property tax bill!

🚨WATCH: I sounded the ALARM on Greg Groogan Fox 26 "What's Your Point," about Harris County Commissioners Court Democrats are lining up the 2nd largest property tax hike in county history, and it could be another $188/yr to $220/yr MORE for the average county homestead worth 403k! Commissioner Tom Ramsey, the only no vote on the Court so far, said freeze the rate and cut the waste. But the Leftist, Progressive, Socialist Democrat majority is Dropping the HAMMER. Remember 2024? Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
