Technology is changing fast — and North Dakota can’t afford to fall behind. I spent 22 years at Microsoft, earned patents in AI, and now run a small tech business here in North Dakota. I know how this stuff works. AI is reshaping jobs, education, and our kids’ futures. We need leaders in Bismarck who actually understand it, so innovation lifts North Dakotans up instead of exploiting them. I’ll fight to protect your privacy, your job, and your family — and make Big Tech work for us, not the o

I’m Matt Evans — husband, homeschool dad of 4, and computer engineer running a small tech business right here in SE North Dakota. Too many politicians use their mouth more than their brain. For decades I’ve solved real problems in tech — now I’m running to solve them in Bismarck. Let’s reform property taxes, cut wasteful state spending, protect our kids and schools, and make sure AI serves our people, not the other way around. I’m Matt Evans, and I’d be honored to earn your vote.

North Dakota must aggressively defend the interests of North Dakotans, protect our communities, and say no to policies that undermine our culture, our safety, and our way of life.

In North Dakota, land is more than a line on a map — it’s a family farm, a small business, a legacy built over generations. Today, outside interests want to push carbon pipelines, factory dairies, and new transmission lines through our fields, near our homes, and over our water. I’ll stand up to property-rights abuses, stop bureaucrats and corporations from easily seizing homes or land, and protect our wells, our water, and our rights. I’m running to defend our property, our water, and the No

North Dakota is a lot like South Dakota — similar population, land, and geography. But there’s one big difference: Our State Capitol in Bismarck spends about twice as much as theirs does in Pierre. That means we have a huge opportunity to cut waste, spend smarter, and lower your taxes. I’ll fight bloated government so more of your paycheck stays with your family — not with the state.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
