The State v. Sharod Grafton November 9th trial was continued at the request of the defendant. This means the case will most likely get reset for a jury trial date in early 2027. The actual trial date will be set at the next hearing date, which is scheduled for November 20th. Jon Samuelson will get the jury trial he deserves! Fagan’s grasp on the judicial system is waning quickly, thankfully.
