A quick history lesson: During the 2024 campaign, Kathy Hochul suspended plans for a tax on workers commuting to NYC. That lasted until a week after the election. It’s still in place. If you really want to kill the Albany Commuter Tax, vote for checks and balances this fall. If Democrats completely dominate the State Capitol, you’re going to see more and more of this. I’ll fight this crazy tax every step of the way.
