  • My work ethic- Ask anyone who knows me, and one of the first things they will tell you is how hard I work. And if you talk to my employees, they will tell you that I put just as much effort in my job as a legislator as I do my farm. I started Burtt's Apple Orchard as a freshman at UVM. By getting healthcare costs under control, we can reduce taxes. Additionally, every department in the state needs to look at areas where they can reduce staffing and costs. Our state budget has nearly doubled in just six years. We need to run our state in a similar fashion to how we run our households.
