Community appearance affects: • Property values • Business investment • Public safety • Neighborhood pride The county has the authority to enforce standards. The problem is your current leadership. • Fifteen ethics complaints against Mike Kohler were dismissed. That is an important fact, and I will not misrepresent it. The Florida Commission on Ethics dismissed the complaints because they did not meet the legal threshold required to proceed. But dismissal does not erase the conduct that caused 15 people to file complaints in the first place. District 2 does not need four more years of controversy, personal conflict, public apologies, political drama, and repeated questions about judgment.

  • Here is the issue every District 2 voter should understand. Mike Kohler appointed William Van Horn II to the Escambia County Planning Board. That board reviews rezoning, planned unit developments, and land development matters that can affect neighborhoods, traffic, growth, and future development. Escambia County lists William Van Horn II as the District 2 Planning Board member, and the county says each commissioner appoints one Planning Board member. Kohler’s 2026 campaign finance report then

  • People ask me why I’m running against Mike Kohler. Here is the answer. During Mike Kohler’s term, the county budget has increased by about $214 million a year — a 32.6% increase. That's why I call him "Tax Hike Mike". But too many roads are still falling apart. Drainage problems are still ignored. Abandoned buildings are still sitting untouched. Trash and blight continue to drag down the appearance of our neighborhoods. More money should mean better results. I’m not running for a title. I’

  • WHO IS MIKE KOHLER REALLY WORKING FOR? Mike Kohler has already raised $63,521.70 before the election cycle is fully underway. His 2022 campaign raised about $35,000 by this date. That is a major difference now that developers, real estate interests, and political insiders know they can count on Mike’s vote. Check the voting record for yourself. Watch how many new subdivisions and developments were approved while taxpayers were left with the same traffic problems, drainage issues, and road co

  • I’ve had people accuse me of being “negative” or running a “smear campaign” because I’m willing to discuss voting records, missed meetings, public behavior, budget decisions, and documented news reports involving elected officials. That is not smearing someone. That is accountability. If a commissioner votes for major development projects without demanding road improvements, taxpayers deserve to know. If transportation priorities continue falling behind while traffic gets worse, residents de

Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
