As your representative, I've kept my promise to the families and small businesses to stand up for fiscal sanity in Hartford. ✅ Smaller Government: Government should live within its means and stick to a budget, just like every household in our district does. ✅ Lower Taxes and Affordability: You earn your paycheck - government officials shouldn't be deciding how to spend more of it. ✅ Less Government Interference in the Day-To-Day Affairs of Law-Abiding Citizens: Our Constitutional rights are imp

Farming is part of my family history, and I have consistently supported our producers in Hartford. I backed the laws creating a twenty percent refundable tax credit for farm machinery, raising the farm equipment property tax exemption to $250,000, and establishing crop loss reimbursement for growers hurt by severe weather. I was also proud to support the Connecticut Hero Acts, which recognize November as Veterans' Month, and connect veterans to the benefits they have earned.

I was also instrumental in the passage of Public Act 26-119 which makes it

In 2026, through my leadership on the Judiciary Committee, I was able to get passed Public Act 26-95, which adds a six-month license suspension for any driver who fails to stop for a school bus three or more times. Connecticut does not often get tougher on dangerous behavior, but this session, at least in this regard, it did. I also tried to tighten up our laws against animal abuse (HB5566) which I was able to get approved by the Committee, however once it got to the House, was deemed unaccepta

Wherever I go, one issue is of most concern: Affordability. State government should be prudent with its spending, recognizing that the money being spent comes from hard-working tax payers. The cost of living in Connecticut is increasing, due, in part, to the arbitrary increase in the minimum wage, as well as taxes. Meanwhile, businesses struggle to find and keep qualified workers. This path is unsustainable. Many recognize this, and have left or are planning to leave. As they go, the burden r

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
