• Shehecheyanu. What an exciting evening we had in Givat Ze’ev. We put up a mezuzah and officially celebrated the opening of the Kerem B’Yavneh hesder yeshiva here in our home. Truthfully, the road here was not simple. We went around, met and searched for a long time for the precise connection, and it simply did not work out. But the moment we met the Kerem B’Yavneh team, we encountered decency, attentiveness and an open heart, and I immediately understood: this connection was worth waiting for. The yeshiva’s arrival in the town is far more than a physical move; it is major communal and spiritual news for the religious-Zionist public and for all of Givat Ze’ev. At this important meeting, I stressed to them the importance of security in Givat Ze’ev, asked them to maintain constant vigilance, and reinforced our vision of security for Givat Ze’ev.
