• Dekel Beach, along with other beaches, has been in the hands of the same operators for about 25 years. • Twenty-three years were enough for us. It is time for a new municipal CEO. We went out with Shimon Mashali, an Eilat taxi driver for decades, to see the work on the bypass road.
