• The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel is assisting Dr. Mazen Rantisi, 71, from Ramallah, who is detained in Ofer Prison. He testified to attorney Saja Masharqi Baranseh from our legal department about violence by prison guards, severe overcrowding in cells, denial of medical care, appalling hygiene conditions, and food unfit for consumption.
