• This morning, Nahariya Mayor Ronen Marelly, the municipality's CEO, attorney David Elhiani, and the head of municipal enforcement, Amir Ben Shoshan, filed a police complaint, on their own behalf and on behalf of the Nahariya municipality, against city resident Noam Davi, including for the serious offense of extortion by threats.
