• Dear friends, The last bus from the Year 12 journey has returned home from the Arava. After a difficult operation, and nerve-racking hours, 700 boys and girls returned safely to their homes. I would like to thank the staff of the Education and Programs Department, the security teams of the Kibbutz Movement, the Movement headquarters, the security officers of the regional councils, and my friend Meir Tzur, who commanded the first stage of the operation. The Kibbutz Movement is prepared for the national emergency. I am in contact with all military and security bodies. We are prepared to respond to the various scenarios ahead of us. • Our hearts ache as more names are cleared for publication. We bow our heads and share in the grief of the families of Staff Sgt. Ron Yonatan Roitman and Cpl. Yuval Shay Souilem, of blessed memory, who fell last night. The pain of losing the best of our sons, our future generation who risked their lives to defend the state, is simply indescribable. Every fallen soldier is an entire world; a family whose world was destroyed in a single moment, and dreams cut short far too soon. May their memory be a blessing. 💔

• The State of Israel is at war! This is not sporadic fire. This is not “just the north.” This is not a small round that will end. This is Israel’s war. We demand that the Israeli government provide solutions—security, diplomatic, protective, and, no less importantly, economic ones! The resources of the Kibbutz Movement are being directed north, and I expect the state, the national institutions, the business forum, and Israeli society to join us. To the very last furrow—it is not just a slogan.
