• As of October 2025, there were about 45,000 migrant workers in Israel’s agricultural sector, most of them from Thailand. These workers work shoulder to shoulder with Israeli farmers, and although they are entitled to the same rights, not all of them receive them in practice, and they are invisible to most of the public.
