• The severe violence that Israeli citizens direct against Palestinian citizens in the West Bank is a moral wrong. • Holding elections on time is one of the fundamental principles of a democratic state. But under certain circumstances, the law allows them to be postponed. There are several ways to delay or briefly and very specifically suspend voting at certain polling stations.
