Eliav Libi, one of the leaders of the Homeward Forum, in a fascinating excerpt from Tamir Dortal's podcast “On the Meaning.” Eliav draws a direct connection between handing over territory and weapons in the 1990s, and the rise of Hamas and the October 7 disaster. The personal grief over his son David, who was killed in Gaza as a civilian during an IDF engineering mission, led to the establishment of the Homeward Forum, in order to raise awareness, shatter the conception and stop the establishment of a Palestinian terrorist state.
