• Some decisions must be examined in court ⚖️ RAM’s project in the Dead Sea region has been designated “national infrastructure,” even though it is a private, polluting project using unproven technology that is expected to produce more than a million tons of toxic combustion ash a year. This means a fast-track approval process, without a comprehensive environmental review and without any real opportunity to object.
