• For the first time in Israel, the Ramat Negev R&D Center has signed a lease agreement with the Israel Land Authority for the research lands at the experimental station near Ashalim. This means we can deepen and expand research for Ramat Negev farmers and farmers across the State of Israel, and continue developing the site for the technology division (Frontier) in the fields of agrivoltaics, remote sensing, sensors, mechanization, AI and more. • Last night, the 2026 budget was approved by the full council. This budget is a major event because it embodies everything: the vision, constraints, priorities, needs, complexity, and also the method of work. Since transparency is a leading value in the council, files are attached for those who want to delve deeper or learn more: how much money is invested in education? In garbage collection? How much money did the neighboring community receive, and how much is invested in security, etc.? It is all there.
