• The state violated its commitment and published the first tender in the E1 plan without prior notice—so together with our friends at Peace Now and Ir Amim, we petitioned alongside Palestinian communities against the plan. On July 19 this year, the State Attorney's Office informed the petitioners that no tender was expected to be published in the next two to three months, and that if and when the state decided to publish tenders, it would give the petitioning organizations advance notice. Despite this explicit commitment, the tender was published today without any prior notice.
