• Petition to the High Court against an exclusionary and racist law in the education system The Association for Civil Rights in Israel has petitioned the High Court to repeal the law that prevents the employment of teachers with academic degrees from West Bank universities, and requested an interim order preventing it from taking effect until the petition is decided. This law is not based on any data or evidence, but rather on a dangerous political-ideological assumption: the collective stigmatization of graduates of Palestinian universities and the denial of their right to work in education solely because of where they studied. ⚠️ What does this law mean in practice?
