The massive dense housing complex proposed for Belden Hill would put hundreds more cars on Wilton’s streets. Our roads were built for a residential neighborhood — not for a nearly 400,000 square foot development. That means more traffic, longer backups, and a harder time getting around the town we live in.

We cannot allow this. We cannot allow a multi-billion dollar corporation to change our laws to suit their needs. Senior housing is important. It deserves thoughtful planning—and the right location. Belden Hill is not that location. Traffic is a nightmare, it's near the school, and we don't have the emergency services. We cannot allow them to proceed with this plan in this location. One big developer wants to change Wilton’s laws so they can force a massive, dense housing complex onto Belden Hill. Nearly 400,000 square feet. Hundreds of new residents. All in a residential neighborhood that was never zoned for it. Our zoning laws exist to protect neighborhoods like ours — not to be rewritten for one ›big developer’s profit. Read about the proposal and the zoning process at WiltonNeighbors.org.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
