Colby Road Resurfacing Update At this morning's Clark County Fiscal Court meeting, Magistrate Blanton and Judge Palmer reported that after Senator Elkins sent a letter to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 7 officials inspected Colby Road and determined that it should be treated as a priority roadway when the state's resurfacing program begins.
