Affordability has been one of the central themes of my campaign from the beginning. Housing costs are rising. Utility bills are increasing. Taxes are potentially going up. Families are feeling the squeeze. That’s why I oppose cutting utility assistance by 33% to help balance the city budget, as currently proposed by the city. My thoughts on short-term rentals: The current ordinance has only been fully-enforceable for about a year. It’s been proposed to change the ordinance and potentially reduce the input of neighbors. Before considering this, we need to give the current ordinance time to see the effect that it has. If changes are made, we need to ensure that neighbors remain a meaningful part of the process when a short-term rental is proposed in their neighborhood.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
