Hey—can you help me out? My name isn’t printed on the ballot, so the only way I have a chance is if good people like you help spread the word about my write-in campaign to become Baltimore County’s first independent elected official. Can you gimme five? ✋ Please send a text or email to five people who live in Baltimore County. Here’s a casual message you can copy and paste: —— There’s only ONE WAY to vote INDEPENDENT in the County Executive race — ✏️ write in Rob Daniels for County Executiv

Any updates from our local teacher organizations? Because now I’m REALLY confused 🤔 Governor Moore just cut an ad stating voters should choose Julian Jones because he’ll “protect our schools.” Protect them from what? We know he won’t protect them from being overcrowded beyond capacity. Julian said it himself: “An overcrowded school is not a bad thing.” Because, you know, Disney World is crowded too. Great comparison, Julian. Our schools are basically theme parks now — what a relief for th

To my neighbors in Baltimore County's Jewish community: I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm Rob Daniels, the INDEPENDENT, write-in candidate for Baltimore County Executive. My spouse is Jewish, and Pikesville is our home. So the issues facing our Jewish community aren't simply campaign issues to me. They're personal. I know that many in the community were disappointed when the Jewish candidate seeking the Democratic nomination was unsuccessful in the primary. I understand that

Any updates on this? Last spring, Democratic primary candidates spent months warning us that Julian Jones would be a catastrophe for Baltimore County. One even aired this instant classic, comparing Jones to Donald Trump. But now that Jones is the nominee, the party has gone quiet. So which is it? Is Jones the threat they said he was, or is everything suddenly fine because he’s the Democrat who might win? If those warnings were sincere, where are they now? Baltimore County, if we can’t see t

An arsonist doesn’t get credit for bringing a bucket to a fire brigade. And for the last 12 years, Baltimore County has been busy putting out fires started by Julian Jones — one after another 🔥 🚨 Now he’s recirculating the Glyndon firehouse ad from last spring which appears to have been filmed at a nonprofit fire company that says it doesn’t endorse candidates. Federal law bars 501(c)(3)s from intervening in political campaigns — which leaves a lot of unanswered questions: Who approved th

Julian Jones took a couple of hours off from his “victory tour” to help raise the salary of the very office he hopes to inherit. On Monday night, Jones joined four colleagues to pass Bill 91-26, raising the Baltimore County Executive’s salary from $192,000 to $240,000. The raise is for the next executive — and Jones is asking voters to make him that executive on November 3. The honorable thing would have been to abstain from voting on a pay raise that could benefit him personally if he wins. A

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
