LESS THAN CREDIBLE. Those aren’t my words. They’re the findings of a New York State Law Judge. Sheriff Toby Shelley was found to be a “less than credible witness,” whose testimony was “combative, reticent, and evasive.” The judge also found that Shelley’s threats to arrest union officials violated state labor law. If a judge can’t trust the Sheriff’s testimony, why should Onondaga County voters trust his leadership?
