To paraphrase an old saying, “There are liars, damn liars, and Dan Wilson.” Dan Wilson has a history of making false statements about his opponents, and he’s done it again in the campaign for HD 26A. There comes a time when the facts must stand, and now is that time. So let’s play a little game of fact or fiction with direct quotes from Dan Wilson. DAN’S FICTION: “My opponent has been showing up for big pharma and other big corporate lobbyists and we need to make sure we elect someone that show

Delivering for the people of Winona County is important to me because I love this community and the people who live here. And I co-authored the Take it Back Act, which allows the state to seize assets of convicted fraudsters. We also passed $125 million in property tax relief and $250 million in car tab fee reductions. When candidates promise you something for free, ask a few questions: (1) What is it going to cost? (2) Who’s actually paying for it? (3) What are they doing to make sure that the money actually gets to where it’s supposed to go? I’m running for re-election to keep pushing for accountability in St. Paul. That’s Winona-style common sense.

It has been an honor to serve with Senator Jeremy Miller at the Capitol and I am grateful for his endorsement. He understands that southeastern Minnesota is different from the Twin Cities Metro area and he has fought hard for us. I'm grateful to continue that fight for the people of Winona County in the Minnesota House. Thank you, Senator Miller!

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
