For years, Bayer said Roundup was safe. They took that claim all the way to the Supreme Court — but as soon as the court ruled in their favor, they chucked RoundUp into a separate legal entity, putting distance between themselves and their product. Bayer won its big case at the Supreme Court. Which is funny, because you don’t usually see a company that just won its case immediately turn around and announce that "the domestic glyphosate business as it stands today is not sustainable." We don’t think that’s something a company says when it's confident it did right by the families who use its product. That sounds like a company that knows there is still a fight ahead, and that those of us who believe in accountability are just getting start

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
