Once a road goes in, extraction follows. That's the whole point of this rollback. The comment period now closes on October 6th. Add your voice before it's too late.

Their two options: revoke the protections entirely, or shrink the buffer to 5 miles. Both would expose thousands of cultural sites to drilling. Archaeologists estimate as many as 12,000 cultural sites lie within the threatened zone. Only 15-20% of it has been surveyed. This buffer came after decades of Tribal a

As the Mexican gray wolf population has grown, livestock depredation rates have declined. Yet federal permits continue to authorize the killing of endangered Mexican gray wolves found within certain grazing allotments on public lands, including potentially rare and genetically valuable individuals, without requiring verified evidence of predation or the use of nonlethal deterrents first. Today's wild population descends from just 7 founding wolves and has already lost more than two-thirds of it

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
