For the past year, I've been working to earn support for the County Commissioner race because I wanted to give folks like me a choice on the ballot and a voice in local government again. Seven years ago, our place was lousy with turkeys! Under the bird feeders was a turkey singles bar. 🦃💘 The fellas would call out to the girls and strut their stuff while the ladies enjoyed lunch and pretended to ignore the boys. It was entertaining enough... but then THIS happened! Sneaky little thing knew how to get seconds!! 😆 Sad to say that the turkeys have disappeared from our yard, probably because there's just no room for them around here anymore with all the new houses.
