  • New data out of Cornell University shows that of more than 1,200 sexual violence incidents reported between 2018 and 2024, only seven people were expelled or dismissed. • A survivor’s voice should not be something that can be signed away. The proposed Survivor’s Voice Protection Act would make certain NDA provisions unenforceable when they prevent disclosure of sexual abuse, including agreements signed before the legislation’s enactment.

  • A Homeland Security Investigations special agent whose work included investigating child exploitation cases has been indicted on multiple sex crime charges involving a juvenile girl in Alabama. It is deeply troubling to see someone entrusted with protecting children now facing allegations of this nature. Positions of authority must never shield anyone from accountability!

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026.
