I might just keep posting this until the election is over, because honestly, what more could I say? My motions and plans are on my website. But this post is exactly what I want people to remember about why I’m running. And win or lose, this is still who I am. I know some people don’t know me. But the ones who do know that I mean what I say, and I’m not going to stop until the work gets done. If something can’t get done, you’ll know why, what’s holding it up, and what we need to do next. If that

Charlotte Hall is exactly why I don’t want this 2050 plan approved as it is. People in Charlotte Hall have been telling the county for years what they do and don’t want for their community. The older plans said growth there was supposed to come with better traffic circulation, controlled access on Route 5, infrastructure, sidewalks and a real Town Center master plan. What the hell happened?? The development happened. All the planning and infrastructure never caught up and this county straigh

Morning St. Marys County Maryland For the past 10 plus years, it feels like we haven’t had a say in what happens in our own county. It feels like they do what they want. We show up, tell them what we’re dealing with, and they do what they want anyway. It’s hard to watch. These decisions affect our lives. We’re the ones who have to live with them. We need somebody in there who will actually be this county’s voice. I don’t need somebody to explain these problems to me. I’ve been dealing with th

If you want a County Commissioner that you don't have to question who he's working for or who he's thinking about when he's making decisions, that's me. St. Mary's County and the people who live here. That's who I'm doing this for. That's it. I'm not doing this for a political party, to make everybody happy, or to owe anybody favors. I'm doing this because I care about this county and the people who call it home. And when it comes time to make the tough decisions, you won't have to wonder who

We've been talking about affordable housing in St. Marys County Maryland forever. And apparently we're still not ready to do anything about it. The county's own 2050 Plan says home values went from $290,000 to $404,000 in 10 years. Homes under $300,000 dropped 46%, and nearly half of renters are spending more than 30% of their income on housing. So you'd think after all these years we'd have a pretty good idea of what kind of housing people need and where it should go. Nope. The original pla

This is another reason the 2050 Plan isn't any good.. The words data center, cannabis, flock cameras and marijuana are not in it. Not once. How are we writing a plan that is supposed to guide St. Marys County Maryland for the next 20 plus years and just leaving that stuff out? If a data center proposal shows up next year, where is the policy in this plan that says what we will and won’t allow? Same with cannabis. What are the limits? Where can it go? What protections are there for the people

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
