  • I WILL ALWAYS BE A BULLDOG WHEN IT COMES TO PROTECTING YOUR TAX DOLLARS AND FIGHTING FRAUD! Prior to her time as Human Services Commissioner Shireen Ghandi was the department’s Chief Compliance Officer. During that time the fraud within DHS exploded. Instead of being fired Gov. Walz promoted her to Commissioner. Thankfully she stepped down a couple months after this committee hearing. The fact that she was promoted should be a reminder to all of us that Democrats were never serious about fighti

  • The Minnesota Department of Education is a joke. With over 400 employees and little to show for their efforts. Any questions about their performance are met with nothing but word salad answers. Let me preface what I’m about to say with this. Many on our local school boards, administrative staff and teachers make an effort to keep these kinds of things from being a distraction in the classroom. They just want to teach the kids. With that said lapel pins are a popular fashion accessory down in S

  • WE NEED TO PROTECT LIFE IN EVERY STAGE! I believe life begins at conception and abortion kills a human being with potential. We need to protect life in every stage from conception to a natural death. At the very least taxpayer dollars should not be going to cover the cost of abortions. To be fair I don’t think taxpayer dollars should be going to pregnancy resource centers either. Like so many of our “political debates” this is a battle that needs to be fought in the culture. Hopefully the

  • WE NEED TO LET THE FREE MARKET WORK! NO CRONY CAPITALISM! We shouldn’t be subsidizing businesses and paying to train their employees through job training non profits. If we want to help businesses we should be cutting red tape and over regulation. When it comes to funding for non profits, it is not possible for government to take money by force through taxation and be “charitable”. It’s your money and the state should take only what it absolutely needs to cover the cost of legitimate func

  • OUR FARMERS NEED WATER! Our area of the state has an abundant source of water in the Mt. Simon Hinckley Aquifer. Unfortunately access to new wells in this aquifer have been restricted and no new wells are being approved for agricultural use. This leaves some of our farmers without enough water for their crops. Instead of acting like the party that supposedly represents farmers the DFL decided to play political games with their livelihoods. Republicans want to SAVE OUR FARMERS NOW and wisely

  • DEMOCRATS CHEATED! Remember that time Democrats cheated and ran someone who didn’t live in his district? Then they decided instead of serving in a temporary minority they wouldn’t show up to work for three weeks? I do because I was earning my paycheck while Democrats sat at home and still received theirs. If re-elected I promise to promote radical values like not being a cheater and showing up for work. It would be an honor to continue fighting down in St. Paul. Early voting is open now.
