Minneola’s growth should make life better for everyone who calls it home. As a mom raising my family here, I care deeply about the community we are building. For years, I’ve attended meetings, asked questions, and spoken up about decisions that affect our everyday lives. It all started because I saw a need for Minneola to focus on our parks and was told it wouldn't be done. I was also told not to bother going to a city meeting; that my concerns would be discussed and was dismissed. I showed up

I was honored to participate in last night’s debate as a candidate for Minneola City Council, Seat 5! Thank you to South Lake TV, the organizers, and everyone who took the time to attend or watch. I encourage everyone to watch the recording and listen to the candidates’ answers for yourselves. Important exchanges focused on big-box development, developer campaign donations, independence, and each candidate’s record of involvement in our city. I had AI review all the meeting minutes from 2022 - 2026. And boy did it take a while! I wanted to show clear evidence of all the things I speak about while present at the meetings. I haven't just started showing up. I've been there for 4 years; sacrificing time away from my family because the first time I showed up, you know what I noticed? There wasn't anyone there! There may have been 2 people in the audience and I realized right then, that the council was approving or denying agenda i

In 2023, former Mayor Pat Kelley asked me to help put together a group of residents to provide input on the future Crooked Can project. Crooked Can wanted to better understand what families in our community would look for in a space like this and what features could make it more welcoming and enjoyable for parents and children. We put together a presentation focused on creating a truly family-friendly environment; splash pad, yard games, open lines of sight and plenty of seating and shade. I’m

Cemetery Workshop 9/22 “In my beginning is my end. In my end is my beginning.” — T. S. Eliot During the June City Council meeting, I discuss the need for the city to explore options to expand our cemetery. We are expected to grow to a population of almost 40K in 10 years and part of proper city planning is ensuring we have a space for our residents to be laid to rest. I discussed the need to explore expansion options as our current location cannot support our growing population. I also sug

I’m running for Minneola City Council, Seat 5! 💚 For years, I’ve sat in the audience at City Council meetings, attended workshops, spoken up about projects, advocated for our parks, asked questions about development, and pushed for greater accountability. Now, I’m ready to take the next step and serve Minneola from the other side of the dais. I’m running because I love this community, and I believe Minneola is at an important crossroads. Growth is coming—but how we grow matters. I believe w

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
