I'd encourage everyone, especially Mike Schultz, to read the comments on this gem of a post on X where the Utah House Majority is bragging about the pinnacle of their excesses. Hundreds of millions for a 15-minute city and a few private equity executives. While these jokers brag about wasting $200M of your tax dollars, and an additional $50M so they can seed a private equity fund to consume this excessive building with highly paid and well-connected donors while we all suffer with bad laws like

We have a crisis in the Wasatch Back and we're losing 100 to 200 senior households per year to property tax burdens they couldn't have reasonably anticipated when they retired. I have a plan to fix it in year one if I'm elected, like 17 other states have already done. My plan will provide real relief financial to seniors being priced out of their homes. No political speak, no vague promises, but an actual plan to permanently end this crisis. Learn more at https://pierceforutah.com/priorities

Like many R's in SD20, I dutifully voted for Ron Winterton in 2022, and have watched in disgust as every session he's chosen to participate in the looting of Utah's treasury and consistently vote against my and our district's interests (details below). So I'm asking everyone in SD20 If you want to put an end to this madness, then consider voting for Annette McRae for Senate District 20. Ron Winterton, our current Senator, voted for SB258, HB355 (the Daniels Canyon Mine), voted for the 4-story h

The Salt Lake Tribune posted a Q&A today for HD59 race. I'd encourage everyone to read it so they can see a clear picture where I stand on the issues. People always say they want to end developer influence on the legislature, and in this race that choice is on the ballot. Vote Pierce!

The first step to fixing a crisis is to acknowledge it. We're losing senior households to property tax bills that could not have reasonably been anticipated when they retired. While the culprit is excessive county spending, I have a state based solution based on the Florida Homestead Act that I will aim to pass in year one that will provide relief to our struggling seniors and permanently end this crisis. I invite my opponent who is a sitting member of the Wasatch County Council to acknowledge

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
