I’m running for my daughter and for all the kids hoping to grow up in a Portland that’s affordable, safe, and prepared for the future. I promise to be a city councilor who shows up, listens, and gets things done.

Portland needs to be a place that still works for regular people, the way it worked for my family of commercial fishermen. I’ve spent my career fixing broken government systems and addressing the unintended consequences of well-intentioned policies. Portland faces serious challenges, primarily with affordability, housing, and safety. I will use my collaborative and creative approach to get things done while giving residents the responsive government they deserve.

Hey D4! Meet Jane Eberle, the person who taught me how to knock doors. I was a South Portland kid who loved local politics. I volunteered with the Democrats and fell in love with my first assignment: knocking on doors for Jane Eberle. Jane went on to serve 4 terms in the Maine House (2004–2012) and taught me what responsive government looks like. I’m running to bring this same kind of accessible government to our district. I love hearing from you, D4 — on here, out there, and at the doors.

This Labor Day Weekend, I’m thinking about labor unions. My dad was a UFCW union steward, my aunts and uncles were in the union. Unions taught me that progress doesn’t happen by accident. You have to fight for it. I’m fighting to make Portland a city that works for families. More affordable housing, real support for parents and kids, a city council that’s responsive and engaged. Happy Labor Day, D4.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
