  • My name is Ian Ross. I’m running for State House District 26 (Makiki, Punchbowl, Papakōlea, and Tantalus) because you deserve a community where you can afford to thrive, feel safe, and know your State Representative will listen and work for you. I was born in Makiki and raised on Kauaʻi, and a decade ago, after graduating from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, I came home to Makiki to build my life here. I’ve served as your Neighborhood Board Chair, worked in government and public health, and

  • As the candidate who was born here in Makiki and raised in Hawaiʻi, I’m grateful for the support our campaign has earned. This is home, and I'd be honored to represent you. • People are working hard and still getting squeezed. Housing, condo fees, insurance, food, and healthcare are all getting harder to afford. I’m running to focus on your cost-of-living: more truly affordable housing, help with condo insurance and maintenance, better access to healthcare, and stronger support for kūpuna and family caregivers. I’m Ian Ross, and I humbly ask for your vote.

  • A big mahalo to Hawaii State Teachers Association for the recommendation. I’m a proud Hawaiʻi public school graduate, and I know how much difference good teachers can make in a student’s life. Supporting our educators means giving them the pay, respect, safe classrooms, and resources they need to do their jobs well. Mahalo to HSTA for your trust and for everything you do for Hawaiʻi’s keiki.

  • Mahalo to Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center for hosting the candidate fair earlier this week! I appreciated the chance to meet kūpuna, talk with voters, and hear what people are thinking about as ballots get closer. Events like these give voters a chance to see candidates in person, ask direct questions, and compare who is prepared to listen and do the work. Mahalo also to the staff, volunteers, and other candidates who were there.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
