  • 13 years. That’s how long the Sunnymead Ranch grocery store has sat empty. Thousands of homes. Commuters coming home ready for dinner. Nothing else around. Riverside has its Food Lab. Redlands has its Public Market. Why not a food hall here, with local restaurants under one roof? I’ll fight for projects like this. I’m David Zeitz, running for City Council in District 2, and I humbly ask for your vote.

  • Development is slated for the northeast part of the city. This area sits alongside the San Jacinto fault zone, it's in a high fire sensitivity area, and has areas prone to flooding when it rains. It's also home to hundreds of donkeys. Before we tear into their habitat, before we impact existing residents, and before we put new residents in harms way, we need rigorous study and review. It's the City Council's job to ensure that happens. Vote David Zeitz Moreno Valley City Council District 2

  • Northeast Moreno Valley sits in a high fire sensitivity zone, right near the San Jacinto Fault, with one two-lane road out. Hundreds of new homes are planned anyway. David Zeitz says study it first.

  • David Zeitz is the only City Council candidate endorsed by the Sierra Club and their San Gorgonio chapter. He earned this endorsement with his voting record which is people and environment first.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
