Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a Mexican national and Houston construction worker, was fatally shot by an ICE agent in unmarked vehicles on July 7, 2026, during a pursuit where authorities later admitted he was not their intended target. We are devastated to hear about his loss in our Hispanic community. We have donated $15,000 to The Greater Houston Coalition for Justice, which has been unbelievable these last few days seeking justice for the Salgado family.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
