I'm running because I think our schools should be a place for all students to thrive, and they should be parents’ first choice for education. But we’ve got some things to fix before we get there: things like paying our teachers better, safeguarding our fine arts programs, and letting parents—not the School Board—make decisions about what their kids can and can’t read.
