Last night I spoke to one of the largest crowds I have seen at IAFF Local 2665. The men and women who serve as Fire Fighters, EMTs and Dispatchers are the safety net we all count on to be there at a moments notice every single day - even when we don't think about them, they are there, ever present, thinking about us. I support these heroes and all First Responders including my contributors from the St. Louis County Police Association. Saying you back them is one thing - my opponent does that.

They say victory has 1000 fathers - though he served only one tumultuous city council term 8 years ago, he seems to have been everywhere, accomplishing everything. The fact is, he hasn't. Truth matters. He has a truth problem.

Mr. Stephens had a bad social media week. He pre-emptively stated that he would be unable to provide positive outcomes for Wildwood or Clarkson Valley in Jeff City - something he has been promising from Day 1 of his campaign. He also openly accused Rockwood School Board Members of promoting "unlicensed group sex therapy for kids". This is BEYOND the pale. Under no circumstances can Wildwood or Clarkson Valley be represented by someone who has the tendency to communicate outrageous defaming

If you want to represent a community, you have to be able to solve big problems without destroying what makes that community special. My opponent's answer to every challenge is the same - give up and degrade community services and resources. There are problems to be solved - vote for someone up to the challenge.
