The city is considering a “5 year temporary bonus program” that would allow buildings up to 20 stories (200 ft) all along A1A. In addition, the city is considering allowing 34-49 stories (up to 490 feet) at the Hollywood Beach Hotel site, and approximately 30 stories on our public land at 1301 S Ocean Drive (currently that property has a one story community center).

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
