Don't wait. Return your ballot. This election decides who sits on the District Court bench, who shows up prepared, who treats every person fairly, and who takes the job seriously. That's exactly the judge I'll be. Ballots are due November 3rd. If you haven't sent yours in, do it today. And if you're still deciding, I'm asking you to vote for Alex.

If we’re serious about public safety, we have to be serious about what actually reduces it, not just talk about being tough. Clallam County’s District Court has a Mental Health Court, established in 2022. Right now, 15 people are participating, and 20 have graduated since it started. I’ve had the privilege of presiding over Mental Health Court many times as a Judge Pro Tem, including graduation ceremonies. What stays with me isn’t any one case. It’s how proud the graduates are of themselves, an

Apparently, doorbelling comes with an FAQ section — Part 2. 😄 You asked, I'm answering. Here are three more questions I keep hearing: 1⃣ Are you even old enough to be a judge? Ha, fair question! I'm 43. Washington doesn't actually set a minimum age to serve as a District Court judge; the requirements are that you're a registered voter in the district and a licensed attorney in Washington State. (There IS a maximum age: judges must retire at 75.) I've been practicing law for more than 15 year

Another week doing the job I’m asking you to elect me to do. I’m spending this week serving as a Judge Pro Tem in Clallam County District Court. After nearly ten years as a Judge Pro Tem and almost 3,000 cases, I know firsthand the responsibility that comes with this position. Every case requires preparation, careful consideration, and a commitment to applying the law fairly. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our community this week, and I’d be honored to continue that serv

Today the campaign took a back seat to public service. While campaign season is in full swing, the work of serving our community continues. Today, I had the privilege of serving as Judge Pro Tem in Clallam County District Court. Although I can't discuss the case or the proceedings, every day on the bench is a reminder that our justice system depends on careful preparation, thoughtful decision-making, and treating every person who enters the courtroom with dignity and respect. Over the past 15

Over the past few months, I’ve sat across the table from voters at the Port Angeles Business Association, the League of Women Voters, and the Clallam County Democrats; answering hard questions, explaining how this job actually works, and showing up prepared every time. In between, I’ve been knocking on doors across the county, because I believe this job is earned in person, not just through a mailer or a 30-second ad. That’s the kind of judge I’ll be: present, prepared, and accountable to the p

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
