I’ve called Maricopa home for more than 20 years. I’m a local Realtor, former volunteer coach, and troop leader. As your next City Council Member, I’ll continue being a relentless advocate for the community we love. By July 21st, vote Adam Leach for City of Maricopa City Council.

I believe Maricopa has overbuilt apartments over the past few years. We were told they were needed for the local workforce, but the numbers do not always add up. When a two-bedroom apartment costs around $2,200 a month, why would someone leave Chandler or Tempe to live farther from their job? Growth needs to make sense for the people who live and work here. We need more housing choices, but we also need responsible planning that matches real demand.

Maricopa cannot keep putting the cart before the horse. We cannot keep approving more homes without fixing the roads people depend on every day. SR 347 matters, but even a wider 347 cannot be our only way in and out of town. We need real progress on additional access points, including options like Seed Farm Road. Better connections would ease traffic, shorten commutes, and give east Maricopa residents another path to I-10.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
