Voting is a fundamental right, and every eligible Californian should be able to cast a ballot without unnecessary barriers. Prop 39 would require voters to present a government-issued identification card for in-person voting and add a personal ID number on vote-by-mail envelopes. We say NO on Prop 39. Californians should protect every eligible person’s freedom to vote—not make it harder to exercise that right. Ad paid for by the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California.

Figures cover domestic political ads paid in dollars, from 4 May 2026. Spend is the sum of Meta’s range midpoints; impressions above one million are reported as “1M+”, so impression figures are floors. Each ad counts in the week its delivery started, with its lifetime spend at our last pull; ads still running before the vote are counted as of 31 October 2026.
